I think the teachings of the Buddha have true wisdom and
applicability to all people, past, present & future. I don't consider myself
a "hard-core" Buddhist in that I don't belong to a particular temple or
follow a specific path, except for meditation and meeting once a week with
an informal group of gay men that I meditate with; we also have a reading
that we discuss afterwards. I have just very recently become interested in
another teaching called the Diamond Approach, Reiki and the Bach Flower
